MUSEUM SHOWCASE

LIGHTING SYSTEM

We use fiber optics and LED lighting (and sometimes a combination of both) to ensure an extremely low sometimes zero level of ultraviolet and infrared emissions. And we also givea great deal of thought to the exact positioning of the lights within the case. We keep your artifacts safe while highlighting them in exactly the way they deserve.

LED light sources can come in the form of light strips, spotlights or track-mounted spotlights. With the development andimprovement of LED technology, the range of applications of LED lights has widened considerably. LED lighting's low electricity consumption, extremely long service life and wide variety of installations provides diverse exhibition applications.

CONSTANT TEMPERATURE (MICROENVIRONMENT)

The display cabinet can be equipped with high-end constant temperature and humidity system, to ensure that the internal temperature and humidity of the display cabinet are in a constant range, to ensure that cultural relics will not be affected by temperature and humidity and damage.

Active climate control system-electronic constant humidity machine, can control the relative humidity inside the showcase between 35% and 70%, the control precision can reach &plus MN; 1.5%. The CTH system we provide can be independently installed tomaintain a consistent temperature and humidity, and allow for precise control of the microenvironment within a specifiedvolumetric space in a showcase. An external  air conditioner can effectively control the temperature and humidity of the showcase.

ANTI-THEFT (SECURITY)

The need to protect from theft and vandalism is "safekeeping" in its most immediate sense. As the last line of defence,  your display case must be up to the job. The lock of the display showcase adopts the world’s mainstream brand called"Abloy". And intelligent opening system. The strength of materials is obviously crucial, as is the reliability of locks and the resistance of opening mechanisms. A variety of different electronic sensors placed within the case, linked to alarms, can provide further protection.

We recommend locks from Abloy, which has been recognized for its high security performance and is the brand designated by international museums. Abloy's unique masterkey management system allows only classified and authorized management access to our showcases. For showcases where it is not suitable to install mechanical locks, we provide electronic locks which can be remotely opened or closed. For showcases using electric open systems, the wirelessly controlled electric opening mechanism is configured with mechanical self-locking. Fingerprint recognition systems are also an option for opening showcases.

SEALING SYSTEM

The special sealing profiles, imported sealing silica gel strip and sealant and high-precision display cabinet components ensure that the display cabinet has excellent sealing performance, the best air exchange rate inside and outside the cabinet can reach no higher than 0.2D-1(using carbon dioxide detection method).

FREESTANDING MUSEUM DISPLAY CASES

Freestanding display cases are designed to showcase objects from all sides. Their shells are made entirely of laminated glass panes accessible through multiple door or moveable bonnet openings with glass or metals tops. Various lighting options are available in the case's metal light attic, its plinth, base, or corners.

HEXAGONAL SHOWCASE

Freestanding display cases have hexagon design for option, with multi layer display plinth inside, can display relics of ceramic, small size metal ware, from 360 degree to display the relics in front of visitors.

WALL-STANDING MUSEUM DISPLAY CASES

Mostly the build-in wall showcase is a good choice.  In the case of built-in wall cases, 5 sides of the case are fitted against walls, provides high-security display areas.  This can display in many options like stand, hanging and shelves ect.

MOUNTED SHOWCASE

Mounted showcase is also one of the wall showcases options. It installed directly on the wall. It mainly use for some small items display on wall.  The visitors can see the cultural relics at close distance.  It enriches the display form of museums.  Small hanging showcase are usually used to display small relics such as animal specimens and badges etc.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

01. MATERIALS

Museum display cases may be preferred,constructed of safe materials such as powder-coated metal, laminated glass,or some sealed ZF-MDF panels or Forex panels. Separating certain materials from the display area within museum display cases by lining the surfaces of materials with an impermeable sealing barrier film will protect museum objects from being possibly damaged.

Any fabrics that line or decorate museum display cases case and the fixing means must be tested to determine no any risk. In regard to the finish of metal parts for museum grade display cases,eco-friendly epoxy resin powder for powder coating is preferable.

02. CRAFTSMANSHIP

The production of museum display cases will involve a series of steps and processes, from plate cutting, grooving, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, spraying, to the final installation, each step interlocking, through strict technical requirements, 

03. PRODUCTION PROCESS

Design drawings confirmed and materials prepared to production, material welding frame forming, cold rolling steel plate shear, bending plane groove, after the completion of production then factory will have a trial installation for fitting, and finally finished product framework for color coating, general museum exhibition showcase will be in dark color, like gray or black. After finish the coating, the factory do the installation of glass, lighting and lanterns, and accessories. 

SURFACE TREATMENT

The museum showcase surface usually will be in electrostatic spraying, based on the metal or wood panel structure,take the professional spray equipment. Make the surface in painting that is uniform and full film, good adhesion and decorative. It is corrosion resistance, wear resistance, fadeless, durable and environmentally friendly excellent performance.

MACAU MUSEUM

JAPAN MUSEUM

The whole is a metal frame structure, the surface is treated by high temperature and dust-free electrostatic spraying process, the U-shaped aluminum groove is independently developed, and special aluminum alloy profiles are used. Using 6+0.76+6mm laminated safety ultra-clear glass, it has the functions of anti-theft and anti-damage when damaged. Remote-controlled electric strut lift-up opening method + museum-specific locking and fixing device.

With high performance, anti-technical theft features. Part of the space is left blank, and the simplicity contains a lot of details, and the details are refined. It seems to be a pure space, but it integrates all human perceptions. The large-area exhibition countertop is specially made of linen hard cover.

SAUDI MUSEUM

Located in a high-end shopping mall top floor, the Saudi Museum is a nonprofit museum funded by a respected entrepreneur. It mainly inherits some Muslim culture, such as porcelain, currency, clothing, etc.

TRINIDAD MUSEUM
