To extend short customer dwell time, we mapped a complete experience path—from entering the store, to scent testing, lingering, and interaction—naturally elongating the pace. To resolve conflicts between large display quantities and storage needs, we integrated hidden storage into the spatial order, keeping the visuals calm while ensuring products remain abundant. Each display area embodies a sense of order and coordination among multiple brands, so customers experience a sophisticated atmosphere without brand clashes. Lighting is soft yet precise, material textures are maximized, and display proportions are meticulously controlled, enabling natural interaction between customers and fragrances, exemplifying “luxurious restraint.”
The VIP customer experience area is also thoughtfully designed—not merely a transaction room, but a semi-private space for building trust and dialogue, allowing high-end clients to linger naturally.
