The whole building has two floors, which looks a little ordinary from the outside, but it feels very special when you enter it. In the middle of the first floor is a large hall. The inner wall is covered with blue and white Portuguese tiles from the foot of the wall to the waist. It is said that this is a typical Portuguese decoration technique. The inner wall is inlaid with a number of Portuguese stone tablets, which were originally scattered in various places, but were later concentrated in the Civil Affairs Administration.
