Once determined, two copies of the drawings are printed, one is given to the carpentry supervisor, and the other is given to the paint. When the shipment is shipped, print another one to the installation department. After the ordering process is finished, it is time for the counter production session.
First of all, the production was started by the woodworking department. At the beginning, even if the material, how much materials are needed, the materials are opened, and it is convenient to assemble. After calculating the materials, the production is started.
According to the structure of the drawing, the structure of the counter is good, the key depends on the woodworking technology. The carpenters make the rough, and go to the processing process of the paint department. The paint is a technical work, and the beauty of the cabinet depends on the paint.
First of all, make up the ash, polish, and then hit the pork blood ash (maybe the north does not need), then polish, then spray the bottom paint (twice), and then polish it. The process is complicated, but it is necessary to deal with problems such as potholes, nail eyes, etc. It's not done before, it's still a bit difficult to make noodle paint well.
Noodle paint is critical, especially for two sides, spraying and waiting for drying, and working in a dust -free constant temperature environment. High requirements for the environment depends not only on the level of oil adjustment of the face paint, but also the master's fuel injection technology. When the cabinet is painted, it is assembled in the installation department.
Here the workers must not only protect the paint and not be scratched, but also deal with hygiene problems. This is the general process, but those who run through the process still need to be made according to the construction drawing. It is a bit wrong, and the rework will be troublesome.
